In this 26 MINUTE BARRE WORKOUT you will work the FULL BODY! Begin with a standing warm up and progress to barre exercises using a mini ball to turn on deep core and leg muscles. Next add the ankle band to target those outer thighs & glutes. Sculpt the SHOULDERS, BACK, TRICEPS, and BICEPS using a light set of dumbbells. Finish on the mat with more ARM & AB work for a FULL BODY BARRE BLAST! Are you ready to sweat?
